Do you install or assemble the equipment?
No. Ramparama is an equipment supplier only. Most products ship directly from the manufacturer or warehouse. Some ramps and heavy-duty items may require professional installation, which is the customer’s responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the item and destination. In-stock ramps usually ship within 2 to 5 business days. Larger freight items such as yard ramps and loading ramps may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. Any delays or special delivery instructions will be communicated during checkout or via email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Many items ship free within the continental United States. Exceptions may apply for remote area surcharges, liftgate service, or oversized freight delivery. These charges will be clearly listed before checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Most unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. However, restocking fees (up to 30 percent) and return shipping costs may apply.
