We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Ramps and heavy-duty equipment involve special handling requirements. Please review the following return guidelines carefully.

Standard Return Policy

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 30 percent may apply depending on the manufacturer.

Brand-Specific Return Rules

Some brands enforce strict return policies, including no returns or mandatory restocking fees. These brand policies override our standard terms and will be noted on the relevant product pages.

Custom or Final Sale Items

Custom-made ramps, made-to-order items, and clearance products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Return Costs

Return shipping, original outbound shipping charges (if applicable), and a 3 percent credit card processing fee are the customer’s responsibility. These will be deducted from any approved refund.

Product Condition

Returned items must be in brand-new condition, including all manuals, accessories, and original packaging. Used, damaged, or incomplete returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after inspection by the manufacturer, which may take up to 10 business days from the date your return is received. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

All returns must be pre-authorized in writing by Ramparama or the product manufacturer. Refused deliveries will incur return shipping and restocking charges.
